Specialized Paving and Sealcoating by Leo was originally started as a division of the well-established family business Leo’s Tree & Maintenance founded by Leo Scott. Although its core strength was in tree removal, it soon became clear that the family, particularly Leo’s son Bobby, had a gift in the precision craftsmanship of paving and sealcoating work. That division of the business grew so much the family decided to sell the tree side of the business and create an entirely new company focused exclusively on paving and sealcoating.

 With business growing and a strong group of satisfied clients, Specialized Paving is poised for future growth to continue to serve Hendersonville, Sumner County, and all of Middle Tennessee. Knowing that the key to standing out is being able to offer services that no one else can provide, Specialized Paving has invested significantly in its capabilities to ensure that it provides the most state-of-the-art equipment to do the work that no one else can do and offer pricing that no one can compete with.
